Kipper's family was away on holiday and stayed at Dolphin Bay.
The strong wind had come up and the waves were big.
They couldn't go in the waves. The waves were too high.
They had to stay out.
There might be a gale, so Kipper's family put in eight extra pegs
to make the tent safe.
Then the storm came. It was a bad storm. It shook the tent.
Some hail came down.
But it was snug in the tent. The children played snakes and ladders.
In the end, the storm went away and the sun came out.
Lots of tents had come down but their tent was safe.
They went down to Dolphin Bay. There were lots of starfish on the sand.
