待機していたプロジェクトが始動しました。既存のコンテナを利用してつくられる小型商業コミュニティ施設です。

ソフト面の事業計画が固まり、配置計画や建築計画などのハード面の具体的な内容のスタディが始まります。スタディ用の配置模型を作成し、1/30スケールでコンテナテナントの模型をいくつもつくります。新しくつくられる建築の要素と既存コンテナの要素をどう融合していくかが決め手となる建築です。

The project that waited started. It is small commercial community facility made using an existing container.

The business plan of the software side is made up, and the study of the concrete contents of the hard aspects such as a placement plan or the construction plan begins. I make a placement model for the study and make some models of the container tenant with 1/30 scale. It is a decisive factor and the building that it is how it fuses in the element of the building made newly and the element of the existing container.
