Let's finish off by finding out what GSC's President, Aki, thinks about this year's Sales Ranking!

Trends The lower priced figures such as the figma and Nendoroid series have been growing more popular. Both series have seen at least a 15% increase in average sales when compared to last year. We'll definitely be increasing the range of these series for all the figure lovers. It also seems like the figma and Nendoroids that bring out the atmosphere of the world the series is set in are very popular. The scale figure market has also increased since last year, but not my nearly as much as the Nendoroid and figma series. Summary To everyone that has purchased our figures this year - I cannot thank you enough. I get the feeling that the role that figures have in the world is growing more and more every year. Thank you for buying the products to complement your favorite series, enjoying their company in your own homes and posing them in your favorite poses. Of course, whilst we grow the role of figures more and more, we also wish for all our customers to enjoy the figures as much as possible! To take a look at sales from a different perspective, international sales have also increased considerably, particularly over Asia. On average. 10%-15% of product sales are now international sales, with some products even reaching as high as 30%. Japanese figures can now be seen at various overseas events and stores lined up just like they would be in Japan. I can't tell you how happy that makes me. Sculptors from foreign countries also seem to be improving more and more all the time, so we may look into international collaboration teams next year some time. But just what does next year have in store for us? Both for GSC and other companies in the business, I'm positive it will be another big year. I look forward to working with various other figure creators to try and bring out more and more of what the figure scene in Japan has to show. From about half way through this year we have been hard at work finding new ways to improve the volume, and quality of all of our products - and we are sure to see the results in 2011. Good Smile Company's 10th anniversary - 2011. All of us at Good Smile will be doing our best to bring you some brand new things to enjoy in the new year. Ranking Explanation The ranking did not include the limited edition goods, DVDs or Blu-rays. It was based off the amount of figures that were shipped out from GSC. Nendoroid Petites are shipped using different unit amounts, so they had to be calculated separately.

The set comes with a booklet and will be on sale for just ¥3,000.
