I love Okonomiyaki !
The dishes in Sendai tastes salty. It's lack of UMAMI tastes.
But Okonomiyaki is really full of UMAMI taste!!

Are you religious?
I'm Japanese and I believe in Buddhism.
I often visit shrine and temple.
But to my shame shame, I don' know Buddha or history so much.
So now I read books to understand Buddhism.
This is novels now I read. The title is ''Nehan no ou'' written by Umemakura baku.
It's really interesting novel so if you are not Buddhism you can appreciate it !!
