Remember Kobe

阪神淡路大震災から31年。
この日を忘れることはありません。

昨年、震災30年目と
10年ぶりの神戸マラソンという
二つの節目が重なり、

この美しいまちを
再び走ることができました。

今年もまた戻れたらうれしいです。

31 years since the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.
This is a day we must never forget.

Last year, on the 30th anniversary,
I was able to run the Kobe Marathon again
for the first time in ten years.

I hope to return once more

to the beautiful town of Kobe.
