Gangwon Wonju Police Station booked a student at a university in Gangwon Province around 11 am on the 20th for violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act (photographing with a camera, etc.).
Person A is accused of secretly filming the ankles and legs of girls from the same school.

In an investigation conducted by the university itself, Mr. A admitted that he had illegally filmed her female students.
Illegal filming has been taking place since last year, and the number of victims is said to be about 40.

The university expelled Mr. A from her dormitory that day.
On the 22nd, the Student Guidance Committee and the Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence Grievance Deliberation Committee will be held.
A school official said, "We will discuss whether to expel Mr. A."

In a police investigation, five female students said that they learned that they had been illegally filmed last month and reported it to the school.
However, as the school did not take immediate action, they filed a complaint with the police on the same day.
On the 21st, the police plan to investigate the accusers against the five female students.
Suspect A is also scheduled to be summoned for investigation soon.

Meanwhile, last month, it was revealed that international students at the university had been gang-raping middle school students for months.
On the 30th of last month, the Gangwon Police Agency booked 69 students and graduates related to the case on charges of raping minors.
