Disposal Site

I drove to the trash disposal site to get rid of bulky garbage; a guitar, a toaster, and a fan. 

The fan was broken, but the guitar and the toaster were still usable, so I felt guilty about tossing them. 

Thank them for being helpful at my home for many years. 

Today's peak temperature was 37 Celsius, plus it was humid. 

Getting out of the air-conditioned car was like going into a sauna room. 

The disposal facility (a huge space with no air-conditioning) can not be a comfortable working environment, but people were pleasant and kind. The entire city will be a mess without them in a few days.

I sincerely thank them for their everyday effort.
