先代のシェフの時からだから
もう30年以上来ているが、
最近はかなりご無沙汰してしまっていた
老舗ステーキ専門店。
初めてメドックのワインを飲んだのがここ。
もう、今のシェフも店の人も
顔見知りではなくなってしまった。
ステーキと言っても
ここは大根おろしのソースで食べる和風で、
昔ながらの味が楽しめる。
店の雰囲気はかなりレトロだが、
綺麗に保たれている。
予約しないと座れないテーブルでは
おハイソな雰囲気のご婦人方で
賑わっていた。
ネットの投稿ではあまり見かけないのは、
お上品な客層が主だからだろうか。
レトロな客が多いからだろうか(笑)。
