It’s been 20 years since I carried a miniature shrine for my old hometown in Tokyo last time. Thanks my sensei @bengreenfieldfitness who is not a tourist, but looking for true experiences in Tokyo Japan. What we did was ”mikoshitogyo” carrying of miniature shrine, where the guardian god/sprit of my hometown stays in. We were carrying the regional guardian god to bless local residents. As a result of Ben’s visit in Tokyo, it brought an opportunity to make up for my lost 20 years. Serious Tokyo boys don’t play around!
