さて先日ゲットした鎌倉野菜🥬🥒🧅、堪能しました






蕪のサラダ、蕪のおみおつけ、大根の煮付け






そしてフリルレタスと湘南レッド(紫玉葱?)、蕪のサラダをお豆腐をペースト状にして、ねりごまと和えたドレッシングで









どれもこれも瑞々しくて鎌倉の大地に育まれた滋味深い野菜でした

As vegetable eaters, (not vegetarian) we enjoyed the veggies from Kamakura so much.


Turnip salad, miso soup with turnip and fried tofu, simmered daikon radish, and …


salad with frilled lettuce, red onions, cucumbers, and turnips with tofu and sesame paste dressing.


All of the veggies were extremely fresh and can tell they were grown in nutritious soil of Kamakura.
