就職してから一か月半が経ちました
ちょっとどんな職場かと紹介してみようと思います
鉄工所ということで、金属の部品加工をやっているのですが
下にある写真のような機械を使っております

NC旋盤

写真のほかにもフライス盤とかマシニングセンタとか色々あるのですが、
今回はとりあえず旋盤とNC旋盤をのっけてみました

NC旋盤は工作機械にプログラムを打ち込んで、機械に自動で金属を削らせる機械です
このプログラミングを今学んでます(｀・ω・´)

これで速度100で直径34ミリの鋼材が5ミリ削れるはずです
俺が間違えてなければ(笑)
働いている鉄工所はNC旋盤とマシニングセンタという自動工作機械が主力です
とはいえ、自動化されてるからって加工の基本を知らないというのは問題があるので
手を使って加工する汎用旋盤とかを今は学んでいるわけです
会社の上層部の人は後々俺に開発と海外に関する仕事を行ってほしいと考えているようですが、今後どうなりますかね？
まずは下積みからきっちり学んでいかねば
One and a half month have passed since I started to work at metal citting factory.
In this article,I want to introduce the field of metal cutting .
We use cutting machine including lathe and NC lathe.
My company has other machine including miller and machining center.
It maily work automatic machine for cutting.
These machines are the main force.
However,as if machine can make product,it is difficult to do good job without basic knowledge.
So I have learned manual machine including lathe.
Upper class in the company have the idea I will be charge of exploitation and bussiness associated with foreign country in the future.
I can not predict my future.
first of all ,I have to learn basic knowledge.
