本日は県内企業の合同会社説明会に参加してきました
高校の頃通っていた地域の中小工場の説明を聞いてきたのですが、熱意にあふれた社長だったなぁ
その工場は数年前から医療用機器の部品を生産し海外へ輸出しているのですが
外国の企業と戦っているということにやりがいを感じているようで
非常に生き生きと事業を説明してくれました
ローカルな工場から海外へ
いいですね～まるで下町ロケットのように夢があります
やはり海外を相手に仕事をすると聞くと燃えますね
もう1社福祉介護関係の説明も聞いてきたのですが
楽しい職場の風景を説明してくれて
過酷な労働の中仕事を楽しくするんだ
という意気込みを感じました
就活というと大企業に目が行きやすいけど
中小企業侮れません╭( ･ㅂ･)و ̑̑ ｸﾞｯ !
Today,I took part in joint explanation session of company in my prefecture
I listened to explanation on middle and small size factory which locate in the city where there is high school I went to.The president has great passion about his business.The factory exports the parts of medical equipment to foreign country.
He fell rewarding due to fight against foreign company.
He presented vivid explanation.
The advance into foreign market of local factory makes me excited because it is like Japanese program 'Shitamati Rocket'
In addition to the explanation,I listened to the explanation about nursing care public welfare business.She talked about the scene with fun mood.
They try to change hard work to funny job.
During job hunting,we tend to large size company but we should not despise small size company.
