"Ayurveda"
最近、このハミガキ粉を使ってる。
ケミカルな成分が入っていないので、
安心して使える。
本当に体に良いものかどうか、見分けもつきづらいし、信じることも難しい今、
少しでもＮａｔｕｒａｌなモノを身の回りに取り入れたいと思う今日この頃。
このハミガキ粉を買う時に「Ayurveda＝アーユルヴェーダ」について調べてみた。
聞きなれている言葉だったけど、しっかりと調べようとまでしなかったので、
最近知った本当の意味。
病気の治療や予防・瞑想、呼吸法などの健康法・自然との調和。
健康維持増進させるための思想や、その思想に基づく物のこと全般を指す。
アーユルヴェーダの思想では、体が健康なだけでは健康と考えず、
心・精神が満たされていて、初めて健康とみなします。
フムフム。
おっしゃるとおりです。
心も体も健康にね。
chance for change ... ?
recently,im so confusing about something.
but suddenly,
it has been clealy somehow,
like a raining has changed to the blue sky at all once.
...though, it's nothing special thing that i tried,
i was thinking about it depends on a time will take me better.
and i thought it'll take a little long time rather than usual when i get trouble.
i even wonder myself, why it's come to me so earlier than i expected.
anyway,
it's good for me.
when a heart has gotten transparented, the sight has been to clearly as well.
" new time " will coming to me soon, i hope lots of "felicite" comes to me !

本 ・Books ・ Livres !!!
本が無性に読みたくて。
この前、ルノワールを観て早速フランス 
へ行きたくなってしまった私。
すぐには行けないから先ずは気持ちだけでも。。。って買ったのがこの本。
まだ読んでいないけど、
本屋で手にとってみたら、ガイドブックのような「本気」な感じではなくて、
著者が街の様子や人々の事を思うがまま、気ままに綴っている感じが好き。
本当にＰａｒｉｓ
に行きたくなってしまいそう。。。

そして少し前から気になっていた一冊。
