There's been messy in the entrance then I can't take my bicycle out! (;´Д`)ノno!
Anyway,
I stayed up late last night but I got up early morning naturally. (- -;)
I watched some videos after doing the laundry, then I fell asleep. I got up afternoon.
Then I went to buckwheat noodles and deep fried chicken bowl. ( ̄▽+ ̄*)delicious!!
(I put a half boiled egg on the rice)
After lunch, I ate dessert.(ice cream with peach flavor).
Well, I realized that I'd gain weight!!
Then I went walking. I walked over 5.0 km tonight. (^-^)/
I know I had better build up my stamina(strength) before going for a trip in my summer holiday.
I remembered I couldn't walked anymore half way to the toulist site in Singapore. (*´Д`)I'm dying....

それはさておき、
昨夜夜更かししたのに自然に朝早く起きてしまう我。(- -;)
洗濯した後に動画見てたら寝落ち・・・起きたら昼過ぎだった。
昼飯は蕎麦屋で。ざるそば、山賊焼き丼。( ̄▽+ ̄*)デラウマッ
(温玉揚げトッピング♪)
昼飯の後はアイスじゃー!(桃味)
・・・肥えてしまうわ!
ってことで夜はウォーキング。5.0㎞以上歩いた。(^-^)/
海外行くなら体力つけておかないと。夏季休暇までになんとか・・・
シンガポール行ったとき、目的地までの道中、座り込んでしまった思い出がw (*´Д`)チンジャウ・・・
