昨日朝仕事行く前に西落合の春川クリニック行ってニンニク注射してから会社行きました
Yesterday morning before going to work I went Harukawa Clinic and got a a garlic shot then I went to work (^_^;)

ランチは
会社の近くの台湾料理屋でお昼ごはん
食べました
For my lunch yesterday I went to eat at a Taiwan Restaurant near my company ( ^_^)/~~~
そして
夜仕事終わってから東中野ゴールドジムでまたいい練習しました
Then in the evening after work I went to Higashi Nakano Golds Gym and had a good practice (^_－)－☆
今日はも金曜日だぁ…
何か早いなぁ… 今日一日仕事とトレーニングして明日、明後日仕事休み
でも明日はトレーニングだけ
頑張ります(^_^;)
Today is already Friday.... Man that was fast.... After doing another day of work and training today then I'm off from work Saturday and Sunday!! But I will go to the gym on Saturday though...(⌒-⌒; )/
