今日は久々にお休みをいただき、
妻と鬼怒川温泉へ。
１鉄で野岩鉄道の鈍行を撮ろうと
川治ダムに行ったら、
たくさんのカメラマンが。
なんと今日は会津鉄道に乗り入れる
SLの試運転があると教えてもらい、
運よく撮影することができました。
DL+SL+客車の編成でしたが、
高架橋を走るSLは新鮮でした。
本運転も、撮りに行きたいなぁ。

Today, I had a day off for the first time in a while and went to Kinugawa Onsen with my wife.
I headed to Kawaji Dam to photograph a local train on the Noiwa Railway for my Ichi-Tetsu, and found many photographers there.
They told me that a steam locomotive running through onto the Aizu Railway was having a test run today,
and luckily, I was able to photograph it.
The train was made up of a diesel locomotive, a steam locomotive, and passenger cars, but seeing an SL running on an elevated bridge felt refreshingly new.
I’d love to go back and photograph it when it officially runs.
