リーダーとしての2年目が始まった。
My second year as a leader has begun.
改めて思う事は、自分に特別な才能がないということだ。
What I've realized is that I don't have any special talents.
特別なパソコンのスキルもないし、圧倒的なリーダーシップもない。
I don't have any special computer skills, and I don't have any overwhelming leadership skills.
でも、チームのメンバーは生き生き仕事をしている。
But the members of my team are working with enthusiasm.
1年前はおどおどしていた後輩教員も、自信をもって全体で提案している。
The junior teachers who were timid a year ago are now confidently proposing ideas to the whole team.
ベテランの先生も、急な仕事を頼んでも快く引き受けてくれる。
Even the veteran teachers are happy to take on sudden tasks when asked.
本当にメンバーに恵まれているなーと思う。
I feel blessed to have such great members.
おそらく、私が頼りないので助けてくれているだけかだろう。笑
Maybe they're just helping me out because I'm unreliable.
私の目指すリーダーはもっと強いリーダーだが、いろんなリーダーがいてもいいかもしれない。
I aim to be a stronger leader, but it might be good to have a variety of leaders.
とにかくメンバーには楽しく仕事をしてほしい。
I just want the members to enjoy their work.
それが絶対に子供にも伝わるはず。
I'm sure the children will understand that.
また1年が始まる。
Another year is about to begin.
1年を終えた時に、周りのメンバーが今よりも笑ってたら最高だ。
It would be great if the members around me were smiling more than they are now at the end of the year.
頼りないリーダーとしてやれることをやっていこう。
I'll do what I can as an unreliable leader.
始業式が待ち遠しい。
I can't wait for the opening ceremony.
