わたしはいわゆる資格マニアです（笑）
最近久しぶりに「上級心理カウンセラー」という資格を取りました。
心理学の勉強でYouTubeの動画などよく見ます。
あるYouTubeの動画でこんな表示が出ました。
「この動画は公認心理士の動画です！」
公認心理士は難しい資格なので、内容もしっかりしてますよ！
そういうことなのでしょうね。
これをきっかけに似たような資格を考えてみました。

■（１）心理学の資格あれこれ
✔国家資格の公認心理師
✔民間資格の認定心理士・臨床心理士など複数存在
公認心理師は、心理職では日本初で、唯一の国家資格です。
「公認心理師」は名称独占資格であり、権威性の高い資格です。
ここでのキーワードは「名称独占資格」ですね。
ちなみに民間資格も「商標」を取れば、事実上、名称を独占できます。
■（２）特許の資格あれこれ
特許など知的財産権の国家資格は「弁理士」です。
特許など知的財産権の手続きは、弁理士の「独占業務」です。
知名度が低い？ので、マスコミ的には弁護士が知財のご意見番ですね。
私たち弁理士も負けていられませんね！
他には「知的財産管理技能検定」があります。
以前は民間資格でしたが、いまは国家資格です。
特許に関する資格なら、まずは知的財産管理技能検定がおススメです！

最近のお天気ニュースはやんちゃぶりがひどいと評判ですね＾＾；

と思ったら、お天気ニュースは気象予報士が書いている？＾＾；
むしろ資格名が併記されることで、逆効果になっている？＾＾；
気象予報士は3000人以上いるそうですね。
他の気象予報士はお天気ニュースをどう思っているのでしょうね＾＾；
わたしもこれを反面教師にして情報発信は適切に行いたいと思います。
