I personally have a question that noboday considered a total dose to a normal
tissue. The total dose of photon is much larger than that of proton.
In photon photons are disributed in large volume. This should give
some effect to a body. But this effect has never been discussed. The
tola dose of carbon is smaller than that of proton because of the RBE
effect.

There is another effect called bystander effect. I don't know how it
differs for photon, proton, and carbon. This should give an effect to
a total dose.

Medical doctor at HIMAC have been not trying to compare a clinical
outcome of proton and carbon. I don't know why. They are just ignoring
proton. Medical doctor having proton facility says both are the same.
So far nobody showedh the data of prostate cancer like I did.
Americans have been also trying to ingnore carbon outcome for a long time.
Even in a PTCOG, ameticans were reluctan to make a comparison study.

Much remains to study.
