OKAMURA KIDS’ WORLDは、姫路市にいる小学生の放課後に

Today we had an interesting lesson on the difference between cold-blooded and warm-blooded animals.  Warm-blooded animals, like humans, are able to control their body temperature.  If it's cold outside, our bodies can maintain our normal temperature without any additional heat.  Cold-blooded animals on the other hand, cannot.  Their body temperature depends on the temperature of the environment around them.  We learned about the difference and then named as many animals as we could while classifying them as warm or cold-blooded.  I think the students will have a new way of looking at animals after today's lesson.
