建てられるようです。著名な建築家が参加し、膨大な費用をかけているようです。
将来、NYの特筆すべき場所のひとつになるのでしょう。。

A construction for revival is pushed forward steadily.
According to an official website of WTC, there will be
some buildings including for memorial. For constructing
these buildings, many significant architects and much
money are working. In the future, it would be one of
notable places in NY.
