免疫チェックポイント阻害薬療法の副作用対策は大変難しいです。その病院の診断力と総合力が問われます。本年7月に開催された高槻複合免疫療法irAE対策講演会（添付あり）の内容が、高槻赤十字病院呼吸器センター長 北先生の監修で論文化され、という学術誌に掲載が決まりました。呼吸器内科、泌尿器科、薬剤部から論文が投稿されています。irAEは、免疫関連副作用（immune-related adverse event）のことを表しております。
高槻赤十字病院の癌治療において、ニボルバムとイピリムマブの二剤の免疫チェックポイントを用いた時の経験や副作用対策を報告・論じたものです。Nomizo先生の論文では複数の科が協力してます。2022年の最初の号に掲載の予定です。
