Today is a bank holiday in Japan called "The Ocean's Day". 
My husband and I prepared a holiday dinner this evening. First of all, the startar contains three types of salad which are ready made from a supermarket near by. 
The main dish was cooked by my darling, a pork saute with basil sauce. 
I prepared this dessert which is fruit yoghurt.
