「ワインの未来」シリーズ沢山出てます
A winery from a famous Japanese beverage company, Suntory, is located on the mountain in Yamanashi and overlooks directly to Mount Fuji to show us the magnificent view together with the valley of the Kofu basin.
Their wine series “Wine of the Future” is a company’s new experiment in which each winemakers challenge to make their dream wines of the future.
If the attempt is successful, the wine will be on their shelf to sell afterwards.
This wine gave me the sensation of drinking a Tavel from France.
It has wonderful freshness and fruitiness but also a solemn atmosphere that
come from a well-established Merlot from the Nagano region.
Nagano is also famous for growing wine grapes, especially Chardonnay and Merlot.
I hope that they continue to produce it every year!
