カウンターだけのワインバー🍷のような雰囲気だけど上質でボリューミーなフレンチコースに驚かされる🍝
ワインはイタリア、ダリオプリンチッチのオレンジ🍷 美しい自然派と感じた。
香りの第一印象は力強く芳醇、アプリコットやオレンジ、紅茶、生姜のようなスパイスも。口に含むと意外にスッキリとして親しみやすい。
コースの最初から最後まで美しい相性を見せてくれた✨
ゆっくり時間を過ごせたけど終わってみればあっという間。再訪はいつにしよう、と考えてしまった帰り道だった。。
Enjoyed dinner🍝 at a small French restaurant in Sangenjaya, Tokyo.
Though the place has only a bar counter like a wine bar, they make a high quality French course.
The wine we chose was an beautiful orange wine made by Dario Princic, Italy.
The first impression of the aroma was powerful and mellow, with apricot, orange, black tea, and ginger-like spices. On the palate, it was surprisingly clean and approachable.
It paired perfectly with every dish from the beginning to the end of the course.
Fun times with my friend always fly by…
