EXERCISE 2: Incline Dumbbell Press+Incline Flies
Working-Sets: 12/10/8/8
each Set is a Superset
Rest in between sets: 120-150 sec.

EXERCISE 3: Arnold Press+Bent Over Rear Delt Raises
Working-Sets: 12/10/8/8
each Set is a Superset (15 Reps)
Rest in between sets: 120 sec.

EXERCISE 4: Upright Rows
Working-Sets: 12/10/8/8
each Set with Dropset
Rest in between sets: 120 sec.

EXERCISE 5: Lateral Raises+Alternating Front Raises
