チーズブルダック Cheese Buldak

ブルドッグではなく、「ブルダック」です。

It's not a bulldog, it's a "Buldak".

昨日の昼食として、弟がくれたものを食べました。(^^)

For lunch yesterday, I ate what my brother gave me.

「ブルダック」とは、韓国の炒め麺のことです。

"Buldak" is Korean stir-fried noodles.

液体スープとかやくを取り出します。

Remove the liquid soup and toppings.

熱湯を注ぎ入れます。

Pour in boiling water.

熱湯を入れてから、４分間、待ちます。

Add boiling water and wait 4 minutes.

お湯を切ってから、液体スープを投入。

Drain the water and add the liquid soup.

続いて、かやくを投入。

Next, add the toppings.

よくかき混ぜて、出来上がり。(^^)

Stir well and it's done.

「激辛」とのことで、確かに辛いのですが、日本の唐辛子のような妙なえぐみがなくて、純粋にピリピリとした辛さが、逆に心地よく、甘味さえ感じました。

It was described as "super spicy," and indeed it was, but it didn't have that strange bitterness that Japanese chili peppers have; rather, it had a pure tingling spiciness that was rather pleasant and even tasted sweet.

食べた後も、胃の中でピリピリした感覚があるのですが、そこからポカポカと身体が暖まるような快感を得ました。

Even after eating it, I still had a tingling sensation in my stomach, but then I felt a pleasant warmth in my body.

美味しかったです。(^^)

It was delicious.

これは、リピートあり、ですね。(^o^)

This is something that will be repeated.
