１．スポーツをやりなさい。
りっぱに勝ち取ること、潔く負けること、権威を尊重すること、他と協力すること、自分の時間を管理すること、そしてトラブルから回避することをスポーツは教えてくれます。
２．良い性的関係の状態を保ちなさい。
返すことのできないモノを彼女から奪わないこと。
３．オシッコは慎重に狙いを定めること。
知っているでしょうが、誰かが掃除をしなければならないのです。
４．若いときのお金は貯めること。
いつかそのお金が必要になるときが来るのです。
５．食器洗浄機、オーブン、洗濯機、アイロン、掃除機、モップ、そしてホウキ。これらの使い方を私から教わること。そしてこれらを使うこと。
６．祈りをささげ、精神的に導ける人になりなさい。
７．弱い者いじめは絶対にしないこと。そしてケンカを始めないこと。もしバカな人間がなあなたに殴り掛かってきたら、自分を守りなさい。
８．あなたに身についた知識と教育は、何を持っても誰もあなたから取り上げることができないモノとなるのです。

１０．自分の見た目に誇りを持ちなさい。
