Under covid-19 situation, my daily life has changed.

Originally, I used to go to the ballet studio more than 3 times a week.

However, I've kept a voluntary restraint since the middle of July.

I've been afraid that my body and my legs and feet might be going to become weak.

So, I tried to make a good environment for workout with staying home.

I bought the home practice ballet mat and I bought a home practice ballet bar.

I tried to stand on my tiptoes at least three times a week by myself.

It is only recently that it becomes part of my daily routine.

It takes a long time to gain a new habit.

However, I got a new realization.

I completely thought that it is the best way to take lessons as many as possible.

Of course, it is right.

However, it is more important to shore up my weakness by myself because I know about my own weaknesses the best.

To be at home has not only bad sides but also good sides.
