ブラック・ボールトは、最近公開された情報公開によって、空軍のマローダー・システムに関する情報を発見した。
このシステムは、未確認異常現象（UAP）に関する国防総省の措置に関する「報告書番号DODIG-2023-109の未分類要約」で言及されており、米空軍と米陸軍のUAPインシデントの文書化と報告において重要な役割を果たしている。
DoD/IGの報告書によると、空軍はUAPを「特別関心事項」に指定し、航空機乗務員に対し、マローダー・システムを使用して任務完了後24時間以内にUAPの観測結果を文書化し報告するよう求めている。
国防総省全体のUAPに特化したプロセスがないため、陸軍も同様の目的でマローダーを利用している。
マローダー・システムは、空軍、宇宙軍、および一部の統合軍パートナーが使用する高度なミッション報告ツールである。

DoD/IIGsの報告書には記載されていないが、宇宙軍や選ばれた統合軍のパートナーも、UAP報告のためにMarauderシステムを使用している可能性が高いと思われる。
マローダーには次のような機能がある：

- 報告書の正確性を確保するための品質管理と承認パイプライン

The Black Vault has uncovered information about the Air Force’s Marauder system through a recent FOIA release. This system, referenced in the “Unclassified Summary of Report No. DODIG-2023-109” regarding the DoD’s actions on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), plays a vital role in documenting and reporting UAP incidents for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army.
According to the DoD/IG report, the Air Force has designated UAP as a “Special Interest Item,” requiring aircrews to document and report UAP observations within 24 hours of mission completion using the Marauder system. The Army also utilizes Marauder for similar purposes, due to the lack of DoD-wide UAP-specific processes.
The Marauder system is an advanced mission reporting tool used by the Air Force, Space Force, and select Joint Force partners. Integrated into the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), Marauder facilitates the secure drafting, quality control, approval, and publication of mission reports. Although not mentioned in the DoD/IGs report, it seems likely that the Space Force, and select Joint Force partners, would also use the Marauder system for UAP reporting.
