Hello. This is Fukumoto.
Getting hotter and hotter these days here. How have you been doing?
Be careful not to play R/C outdoors too long; you may get heat stroke.
You cannot live without driving R/C cars?
Play Mini-Z indoors!
Today I got some pictures from a very hot country, Indonesia!
There was a Mini-Z Cup race in Jakarta on June 17 and 18.
This was a two-day event and on the first day there was a stock class race
with 20 participants and on the second day an open class race was held
with 28 racers.
It's great to know that such many people participated in the Mini-Z Cup race
Of course the race was held in a cool indoor facility.
In the pit area, everybody's setting up his Mini-Z.
While having two straights, the track layout is very complicated like a maze.
The next race in Jakarta will be held July 17 and 18.
This is Daido!
Today, I'm telling you the performance of this new model!
No. 30530 MA-015 Mini-Z AWD Chassis Set!
The biggest difference between the MA-015 and MA-010 is the receiver ESC unit. The new unit has an extra connector and you can install an optional gyro unit (MZW405) using that connector.
As you might know, the gyro assists you drive Mini-Z easier.
When your Mini-Z is about to lose control, the gyro sensor detects the unusual motion and immediately adjusts the steering angle and throttle opening before you know it.
I guess many of you readers have already taken advantage of the gyro unit installed in your Mini-Z MR-03.
Now you can get more advantage from the gyro when you install one in the MA-015.
Because the gain (effect) of the gyro can be set much higher than ever!
When you use the same parameter value, for example 90, the effect of the gyro is much higher with the MA-015 than with the MR-03.
As a result, you can now enjoy drifting much easier!
The gyro even applies counter steering in order to maintain the optimal drift angle.
Also, the MA-015 goes straight like an arrow even if you go full throttle from a standing start.
Seeing is believing.
Take a look at this video and you'll see what I'm saying.
You tried to master drifting before and failed?
Now you should give it a second try!
