Team Get-Together / チーム寄り合い

Last night, the KP Global Development Team and the Overseas Business Department had a get-together for the first time during the Peace Walker project. During the week, we're in constant communication via email and IM, and so it was nice to finally have a get-together and speak with everyone outside of the usual office environment.
Structurally, we belong to different teams, but because we're all working towards the success of the same project, in a sense, we are on the same team. We all go through the same good and bad times and last night was a good chance to tighten the bonds between us.

昨日、コジプロ海外担当チームと海外事業推進部はPWプロジェクトで初めて一緒に寄り合いをもちました。平日は常にメールやIMで連絡をとっていますが、通常のオフィス環境外で寄り合って、話し合えてよかったです。
組織的に違うチームに属していますが、同じプロジェクトの成功に向かって走っている為、ある意味同じチームと考えられます。一緒に同じ山と谷を越える為、昨日は我々の間の絆を深める為のいい機会でした。
