As for the place to rent, I have some updates:
I am looking at an apartment for you that is 13 minutes away from the workplace by walking. There are 3 bedrooms and there will be 2 female roommates living in the apartment. The rent is $760 per month.
The apartment has:
- kitchen with fridge, stove & dishwasher
- fully furnished with a bed in each bedroom
- balcony
- secured entry & 24 hours video surveillance
- unlimited wifi
- on-site laundry (located in apartment building, but not in the apartment)
- rent includes all utilities, except electricity (cost of electricity per person ranges between $30-50 CAD depending on how much you use)
The apartment will be ready to move in ○○. During the quarantine period, we will provide you with food. If you are missing anything when you move in and you want to buy something, let me know and I can buy it for you while you are self-isolating. After the quarantine period, I can show you where the supermarkets, stores, etc. are. I've attached some pictures of the apartment below for you. Please let me know what you think about this apartment.

ルームシェアで$760プラス電気代って、私からすると高いんですけど、、、
私の一人暮らしのアパート、家賃のみだと＄500未満ですよ。もちろんかなりの穴場だしボロいけど。。元ルームメイトは結構いいじゃないって褒めてくれたし、私も気に入っていた、、、、
1人物件でもないのに、$760....高いよーーーーーー
もちろん文句はいいません。承諾しました。
そして、隔離期間中に物資を届けてくれるのはありがたいですね。
やはり、日本企業しっかりしてますね。
果たして、どんな人達と働くのかしら？
日本から人が何人か来るのかなー？？
