レンタル浴衣時の下着について注意点などをお伝えします
着付け時間の１０分前に、なるべくお越しください
お好きな色の帯などを選んでいただきます
着付け時間はお一人様１５分～２０分程度です
ご注意ください
予約時間を過ぎますと
次に予約されているお客様に迷惑がかかる場合があり
着付けができない場合があります。
On the day of your appointment, please come to our shop 10 minutes
before the start of the dressing service.
If you arrive after your reservation time,
it may cause inconvenience to the next scheduled customer
and we may not be able to proceed with the dressing. Please be mindful of this.
You will choose the best yukata from the selection.
You will coordinate it with obi (sash,belt)
Everyone takes about 10 to 30 minutes to select and coordinate their outfit.
For men's underwear, please wear a T-shirt and boxer shorts.
Uniqlo AIRism line is recommended.
Any color is fine.
和装用ブラジャー、和装用の肌着が一番キレイな着姿になります
For women, please prepare underwear with a large open back collar.
If you wish to wear a white-based yukata, be sure to choose beige-colored plain underwear.
If the back collar of your underwear is like this, it will be visible as shown in the photo below.
Once all the coordination is finalized, we will start the dressing process.
The dressing time takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes per person.
香水など香りの強いものは、付けないでください。
請不要使用香水，謝謝您的配合。
Please refrain from wearing perfume.

Please contact us in advance if you require any of these services.
We have yukata bag rentals and purchase options
for tabi socks available for both men and women.
Please let us know which option you prefer.
However, since many people are not accustomed to wearing them,
they often experience blisters and end up with bloody feet.
We recommend using your own sandals.
● Payment
On the day of the event, in addition to cash payment,
various credit cards and QR code payments are accepted.

- Sandals
- Handheld fan, uchiwa (traditional Japanese fan), or folding fan
- Band-Aids or adhesive bandages

Please return the rented kimono by 5:30 p.m. that day.
レンタルした着物はその日の午後5時30分までに返してください
The late fee is 1,000 yen per person for every 30 minutes.
延滞料金は一人あたり30分毎に1,000円
If you can't return it by 5:30 p.m.,
please add the option to “return the next day “ in advance.
午後5時30分までに返せない場合は、翌日返却のオプションを事前に追加してください
If you are staying at a hotel around Niigata Station,
please provide us with the hotel name.
Please leave the items at the front desk of your hotel by 10:00 AM,
and our staff will collect them.

「翌日返却」は２通り方法があります
どちらの利用も身分証の提示をお願い致します

There are three options for returning the items the next day.
Whichever method you choose, we kindly request you to provide identification.
We will take a copy of it.
Please let us know which option you prefer.
①翌日、当店の営業時間内(１１時～１７時)
お一人様あたり ¥2,530-
1. Return to our store: You can bring the items back to our store in person.
Open hours: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
②翌日１５時までに、コンビニや郵便局などから宅配便（
お一人様あたり ¥3,850-
3. You can return the items by using a delivery service (cash on delivery)
from a convenience store or post office, ensuring that it arrives by 3:00 PM the next day.
There will be an additional fee of 3,850 yen per person for this service.
●汚れ・破損に関して
通常着用の範囲での衿汚れ等のクリーニング料金はいただきません。
染み抜きが必要な汚れ（食べこぼし、目立つ泥はね等）、過度の汚れ（ワインや血液の汚れなど）、破損があった場合、商品の状態によりお客様に修復費用をご負担いただく場合がございます。【10,000円（税別）以内の加工賃】
但し、修復不可能な汚れ（油性ペンキ等）、破損（タバコの焼け焦げ、縫製部分以外の破 れ、穴あき等）は損害金としまして１点につき15,000円（税別）ご請求させて頂きます。
小物類等の汚れ、破損、紛失につきましては、お買取として頂きます。
Regarding stains and damages:
We do not charge for cleaning collars and similar minor stains resulting from normal wear. However, for stains requiring special treatment (e.g., noticeable food spills, significant mud stains), excessive stains (e.g., wine or blood stains), or damages, depending on the condition of the item, you may be responsible for the repair cost, up to ¥10,000 (excluding tax).
Please note that irreparable stains (e.g., oil-based paint) and damages (e.g., burns from cigarettes, tears outside of sewing seams, holes) will be treated as losses, and you will be billed ¥15,000 (excluding tax) for each item.
For accessories and other small items, stains, damages, or losses will be considered as part of the purchase process.
