I like "zuke sushi."

Zuke sushi is that vinegared rice topped with pickled raw fish by soi sauce.

200 years ago,All sushi was piclkled type sushi.

Because,old japanese people ate it as preserve food.

Yesterday,I ate it after drinking party.

It was very good.

But,this sushi shop owner is going to retire his shop next month.

I'm very sad.

Exactly,he shooted the goal like manba.

His name "Kobe" come from kobe city in Japan.

So,A lot of Japanese people love him.

Chinese restaurant.

I and my boss went to a high-class chinese restaurant.

Because,we decided to go Chinese taiwan(near okinawa) with our some coworker as company trip,and We are going to try peking duck dish.

But,we have never had it in our life.

We don't know how to eat peking duch.

So,we tried it not to embarrass in front of our coworker for the first time.

It's very good.

But,As I was crazy about eating it,we forgot taking a peking duck photo.
