A big part of studying American English is learning about customs in America.アメリカ英語を勉強学ぶと同時にアメリカの一般習慣について学ぶ必要があると思う。
今回のレッスンは弟の結婚式をたとえながらいくつかの習慣を紹介します。
お気に入りのがあれば、是非是非取り入れてください。

今回の結婚式のテーマカラーは弟の一番好きな色、グリーンでした

今回のレッスンは弟の結婚式をたとえながらいくつかの習慣を紹介します。

アメリカの結婚式の１０つの習慣、知ってますか？
アメリカの結婚式は個人差があって人それぞれですが、うちの弟はこんなかんじで式をあげました❤️
1.花嫁の仲良したちがお揃いドレスを着る。Groomの仲良しはお揃いネクタイ。
Bridesmaids and Groomsmen wear matching clothes. 
今回の結婚式のテーマカラーは弟の一番好きな色、グリーンでした

2. Flower girls and ring bearers
Flower girls→花嫁が登場する前に、花びらを床に散らす役割
Ring bearers→男の子が指輪をもって前に運ぶ役割、私の息子はサインをもって、「Uncle Critter, Here comes your bride」「クリッター叔父さん、あなたの花嫁が間もなく登場するよ」と書いてありました。

Flower girlsやring bearersの服装はお揃い。
Flower girls toss petals on the path for the bride. Ring bearers bring the ring to the Best Man and Maid of Honor. They have matching attire.matching attire→お揃いの服装

3. Wine boxing ceremony
みんなの前、お互いが自分で考えた「結婚の誓いスピーチ」 「marriage vows」を読む。式の最後にその手書きmarriage vowsをワインと一緒に箱に入れて、箱を金づちでとめます。５年後の結婚記念日に箱を開けて、美味しいワインを飲みながら、もう一度そのmarriage vowsを読む。This is called a wine boxing ceremony.
wine boxing ceremonyと言います。

4. お互いの横ならび写真、０歳から現在まで、すべてのテーブルに飾ります。こんな感じ→

10. 式に来てる、結婚生活が一番長い夫婦から新しいカップルにアドバスを配る。
この夫婦は「５９年と７ヶ月」の結婚歴がある。

「僕がユタ州の代表だぜ」
(おそらくジョークです)ユタ州の人はとても保守的ですが弟はそうでもありません。代表だぜというのは「反対の意味」なので皮肉ジョークを「ユタ州大学ケーキ」に書いた。アメリカではどこでもユーモアを混じる習慣がある。ユーモア分かったかな？
6. 踊り過ぎた時に、女性は肌足で踊り続く。今回の式の女性の２５％は最終的に肌足でした。
It's totally ok to take off your shoes when you have danced to much. 1 out of every 4 girls did this tonight.
7. 結婚をしたら、初ダンスとしてみんなの前で二人が踊ります。終わったら、花嫁が自分のお父さんとダンスをする。The bride and groom dance the first dance alone in front of everyone. Then the bride dances the second dance with her father.
8. 結婚二次会 wedding reception....とにかく元気良く登場！ハグやハイタッチで挨拶。
これが「ザ・アメリカ」って感じ。Everyone is announced at the reception and they enter with a ton of energy.

9. Photo booths are popular now.
