薄味ならカレー粉、あんかけ、照り焼きなども!
きゅうり 塩 生姜 ごま油
きゅうりに塩を振り10分置いて水分を捨てる
生姜、ごま油をいれて揉み
冷蔵庫で冷やぜばできあがり

お豆腐をお皿に盛る。
千切りまたは薄切りのきゅうり(あればざく切りトマト)を
しょうゆ、酢、ごま油、鷹のつめで和える。
野菜を豆腐の上にのせて胡麻を振って出来上がり
皮付きのおいもをレンジの根菜モードで加熱。
ざく切りの玉ねぎと一緒にだし汁で煮る。
一度冷まして味を落ち着かせる。
再加熱しお味噌を入れて出来上がり
七味を入れると美味しい

レタス 1/2
塩 米酢 各小さじ1/3
太白ごま油 すりゴマ 各大さじ1
にんにくの摩り下ろし

ちぎった生のレタスに調味料を混ぜてできあがり
