I will stay there again

We arrived on sunday evening, just me (35yr old female) and my 4yo. upon arrival the front desk guy was helpful and knowledgeable and even helped me keep an eye on the kid while i ran my card.
The condo was big and spacious, bed was fine, clean and bug free, quiet location close to the parks.
The bedroom door had a crack in it so i had someone come document it to insure i wasnt charged for it and the cable went out in the living room the first day so no cartoons in living room but we were there for disney not the hotel so it didnt matter much, they could use more restaurants on site and there are no swim vests for toddlers at the pool so bring ur puddle jumper! Overall good experience, i will stay there again!

The location is central to everything and therefore BUSY. The resort is split, half on one side of the street and the other half across the street (crossing the 4 lane plus turning lanes street safely is sketchy at best).
We were in a 1 bedroom (750ft) suite on the other side of the street from the main pool and bar and grill.
The buildings were older. The tile in the bathroom had been repaired many times (different tile) but repaired at least. The carpet could stand to be upgraded. The kitchen layout was poorly done. The refrigerator blocked half of the cabinets and drawers. There was a jacuzzi tub in our room so the "shower" was just a handheld sprayer on the wall above the tub. The bed was comfortable however. The washer and dryer were nice as well.
The front desk personnel were very nice as was the bartender at the bar.
There were bugs (roaches not water bugs) in our kitchen area and in the bathroom. Three came scurrying out the first time we used the paper towels (our luggage is still in the trunk of our car). The room smelled like bug killer (so obviously they are trying to keep them under control).
Other than the bugs, it was clean.
Our room had two locked doors as soon as you walked in. One of them must have lead to the room next door's bathroom. Apparently it was just the one door and not a double door because it sounded like our neighbors were in our kitchen with us. There was about and inch gap under the door so we had a nice nightlight in the evenings. I hate to imagine how loud our jacuzzi must have sounded to them!! The walls and ceilings are not sound proofed very well.
I personally would not opt to stay here again but if in dire straits.....it would do.
