Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

one of the best hotels in the Nabawi Mosque area. The small lobby is different from the 5 star hotels around it, the check-in process is fast and efficient. the rooms are neat and clean although they need renovation because they are old. The mosque speaker is connected to the hotel even though it is not in the room. The restaurant faces directly onto the Nabawi courtyard, not too busy and queued but the food menu is less varied and for 4 nights staying the menu is almost the same, only a few menus are different. one of the things I like most is that this hotel has gate 333 directly to the mosque grounds and is close to the women's prayer area

Being closer to Masjid Al Nabawi SAW means you never miss a single prayer congregation. Friendly and hard working staff, walking distance to all the local amenities. We got the hotel on a discounted rate , as a first time visitor to Madina Al Munawwarah this was the best place we stayed in. Rooms we if a decent standard and cleanliness. We initially got a room that was not clean and ready due to hajj busy season. upon request we were given a better and larger room at no extra costs. Thank you

This is a very nice hotel I discovered by accident. It is close to the Haram. It is immaculately clean and affordable. But the thing that is MOST important to me is the front desk staff and the staff in general. This hotel gets 100/100 for their staff. They are very friendly and kind and they speak English. My stay at this hotel was incredible.
