and Satoshi Ochiai in the Center Hotel Tokyo parking lot.

A police car was parked in front of the entrance to

the central police station (police car lights on),

The police neglected all their duties as police officers,

including their duty to notify the bereaved family of

the sudden death.

When police officers and others found the body in the

hotel parking lot, Naturally, the characteristic early post-mortem changes 

in the body were confirmed, and even

though more than eight hours had passed since the cardiac

 arrest, no contact was made to the bereaved family.
