Once upon a time there was a young man in a certain place. During his school days, he traveled around the world with an electronic dictionary in hand. He had a great life planning. He talked to his friend like this "My dream is to conclude a world peace and friendship treaty." In other words, he became a politician. In order to become a politician, he traveled at the world to learn from different perspectives. He wondered how he would make a treaty. He used to go from a bureaucrat to a politician, but he's made a tremendous fortune. He had the opportunity to speak with the Prime Minister at that time. The Prime Minister talked to him like this. "We will ask you to become Foreign Minister.I of government will ask you to speak approximately all 300 the languages.I will ask you to learn all languages and cultures. It will take a lot of budget. While exchanging words in diplomacy, he used the language in English and Katakana, and was thought to be an understanding person. あるところに、少年がいました。彼は学生時代に電子辞書を片手に世界中を旅行しました。彼は素晴らしい人生設計を歩んでました。彼は友人にこう話しました。「夢は、世界平和友好条約を結ぶこと。」つまり、彼は政治家だったのです。彼は政治家になるために、色んな視点から学ぶために、世界旅行に出掛けたのです。彼はどうやったら条約を結ぶのか考えました。彼は、官僚から政治家になったものですが、彼はとてつもない人という財産を手に入れました。彼は、当時の総理と話す機会をいただきました。総理はこう彼に言いました。「君に外務大臣になってもらう。およそ300か国語で全て話してもらう。全ての言語や文化を学んでもらう。予算をいっぱい取る。それで素晴らしい条約を結んでもらう。それが出来ればグッドジョブ！」彼は外務大臣になり、外務大臣として決意表明を行いました。「世界と結ぶ。笑顔でおもてなし。熱い志や眼差しは、経済を動かす。決して志を曲げずに進めていく。終わりなき旅へ」彼は、学生時代文化や言語を学び続けたのですが、彼はカタカナという言葉が世界を変えると分かったのでした。彼は、外交で言葉を交わしながら、英語とカタカナで言語を使い、理解ある人間だと思われました。結局、彼は、友好条約は結べませんでしたが、国連安保理に常任理事国に入ることが出来ました。それは世界に君臨する政治家としてようやく認められました。彼はこう話しました。「優れた政治家は、信念を曲げずに突き進んでいきます。功績を残して幸いです。国の未来がかかってます。」彼は、世界中に歴史の記念遺産を残しました。彼は優れた人生設計でした。
