The taste is like a white wine, but I feel the scent of koji malt in the aftertaste. Ordinarily the wine yeast is weaker than sake yeast. The Kuramoto uses the characteristic of wine yeast for the producing sake.We drunk it with squid sashimi. The squid and this sake’s intensity are the same, of course it’s light. It’s best pairing.
