こんばんは！
小学生のころ、「DREAMS COME TRUE」 のファンでした。
中でも、1992年の5thアルバム 「The Swinging Star」 は
当時、部屋にあった唯一のCDアルバムで、何度も聴いていました。
Go for it!
「決戦は金曜日」・「晴れたらいいね」 などは、さすがに
日本語のタイトルなので、問題ありません。ただ、その後にリリース
された 「Go for it!」（曲名） は、しばらく 「？？」 のままでした…
このフレーズにある "for" は、「目的・追求・願望・方向」
など、概して、「気持ちが向かう方」 を指し
「とにかく、（力を入れて）やってみよう！」 「頑張れ！」
何かを手にして成し遂げたいのなら
いちかばちか、のるかそるか、思い切って突き進んでみよう！！
という、「力強いメッセージ」 のある、励ましフレーズ
Good luck!!
以上の2つは、比較的カジュアルにさらりと使えて
"Go for it!!" は、より心意気が求められる局面に適した
いわゆる、「上げ上げフレーズ」 であると理解しています

Dear my friends,
Have you ever used an encouraging phrase, "Go for it"?
Actually, I feel it includes more strong & stimulating connotation
than "Take it easy" or "Good luck".
According to the Oxford Dictionary, it means
"to put a lot of effort into sth (something), so that you get
or achieve sth"
When I was an elementary school student,
one of my favorite bands was "Dreams come true".
At that time, they released a new song entitled "Go for it".
Though I didn't understand clearly the English title meaning for a while,
this was my first time to encounter the cheering phrase!! :-)
