「内側の世界の投影が、外側の世界」
先日、これを体感したのが、東京での出来事。
電車に乗っても、
わたしの目の前には、
幸せそうに会話をする、親子・恋人・友人たち
が、現れる。現れる。
うるさいほどに！
それとは、逆に、スマホをいじりまくってる人なんか
目に入らない
えぇ、まじっす。
偶然、出くわした、横浜の花火大会などは、
浴衣を着た、幸せそうな若者ばかり！
ここ数年、わたしは、
「内側の世界の投影が、外側の世界」
ここを、実践してきました。
とくに、ここ半年は、より一層、自分の内側との対話
つまり、コミュニケーションを何よりも、大事にしてきました。
自分が何を望むのか？
これを、ヒーリングスクールでは、
ひつこいほどに、問われます。
他人を癒す事が、メインではなく
自分のニーズに気がつき、無意識のニーズを意識して行く
それを、丁寧にすればするほど、
自分の内側の世界は、整って行き
おのずと、自分の外側（周囲）も、整って行く

それが、大事な、部分となっています。

The other day when I went to Tokyo I really realized this words are so true.
I just faced many people enjoyed having communicating with each other on the trains of Tokyo , Parents and kids, lovers and friends.
They even annoyed me!!!
I hardly saw people who were crazy about looking at mobiles , which used be the main sights of mine in staying at Tokyo before though.
" Your Inner World reflects on your Outer World"
I have been working on these words for 5years , and especially last 6months I just took my attention on communicating within myself so well
"what is your need? what is your longing ??"
I have been asked many many times at Barbara Brennan's Healing School (BBSH)
Healing is not about to correct others issue, however,
the more healers look after each owns need gently and try to become aware what you never aware , the more Inner Worlds of yours are settle then your Outer Worlds getting more harmonized.
