O：Actually, I use the phrase "It's so great to finally meet you in person" a lot when I meet somebody in person.
R：You know, another interesting phrase that's used in a similar situation when you haven't ever seen what the person looks like is "It's great to finally put a face to the name."
D：Oh, that's a good one. One I always wanted to use is "Your reputation precedes you."
O and R：あははははは。
D： But I don't think it gets much daily use.
O：今のあいさつですね、your reputation あなたのうわさですね、名声が、precedes you あなたの前に進んでいる。日本語の「お噂はかねがね」とほとんど同意味です。というわけで今日はこのへんで。
