They said that it is drunk in Peru and Chile, and very common and popular nationwide.

今日は、チリの方に教えてもらったカクテルです。
ピスコサワーというのを知っていますか？私は初めて知りました。とてもおいしいと絶賛していたので調べてみましたら、ペルーやチリで飲まれている大人気のカクテルだそうです。ピスコというアルコール度数40度のお酒に、卵白とレモン汁（ライムの方がおいしいと言っていた）、砂糖をいれてミキサーで撹拌して出来上がりだそうです。
美味しそう！まずはピスコを探さないと～🎵
