Hi, there. How are you?
Today is the day before taking the CORONA vaccination.
So I should have made some foods for the preparation for bad condition, I do not want to cook any.
Everyone sometimes has that feeling, doesn’t he/she?
But I could cook only a meal for tomorrow. That is curry using curry roux. It is convenient and we could have some meals once we make it. Curry is contained with many kinds of Spices for good health, so it is good for me tomorrow.
Though I cooked a dish this time, when sometimes you do not want to cook anything, it is also a good choice to cook nothing and buy some. I think it is the most important to enjoy eating at any time.

今日はコロナの予防接種の前日ですが、少し気分が優れません。
そんなときもありますね。今日は無理せずゆっくりしようと思いますが
明日の予防接種後、体調が悪くなったときのために少し食事を作っておきたいなと思っています。が、しかしやる気出ず・・・😂
そんなときはカレーです！鶏肉と野菜を切って鍋で煮込んで、カレールーを使えばすぐできますし、数食分は心配ないですからね！カレールーは凄いです！
後は、接種後スーパーで物色しようかなと考えています。
ものすごく手抜きしたいときもありますね。人間だもの・・・
