I've read an English article written by CNN and learned that SPAM has a loooong history. They had a tough time and got through it. I'm surpriesed, to be honest.

Today, I'll post some photos of dishes using SPAM, all of which I ate at Eggs 'n Things restaurants located in Japan. The eateries originally came from Hawaii, the state that is said to consume the most SPAM in America. アメリカ

 

I live in Japan and don't eat spam on a daily basis, but I like it. 

 

 

 

TERIYAKI SPAM Bowl. It was one of their seasonal menus called "Spam Jam Special Menu" and was available in 2017.

I remember I really liked this one. I've tried it at least twice.

 

 

It was originally a limited time offer in January, 2017, but was added to their grand menu in April that year. And then it disappeared later though I don't know exactly when it was off the menu. The drink in the photo was on the grand menu, tooトロピカルカクテル It's still available.

Well, a typical and standard way to eat spam may be Spam Musubi like these.
