Right now, Eggs 'n Things Japan is offering Musk Melon & Honey Pancakes. 
They just started at the begining of June, and will be available till June 24th at all the locations of Eggs 'n Things in Japan except three, or Eggs 'n Things Lalaport Nagoya Minato AQULS and two locations of Eggs 'n Things Coffee.
I hear they've been popular so far.
And "Dry-Cured Ham & Basil Eggs Benedict" starts on June 11th. It'll also be offered until 24th. I can't wait to taste the green-colored Eggs Benedict.
Their seasonal green-colored pancakes are refreshing. I tried them in Eggs 'n Things Harajuku, which is the 1st location of Eggs 'n Things here in Japan, as many of you know. 
To tell the truth, I'd always wanted to have pancakes full of melons. Though Eggs 'n Things has already served seasonal pancakes that include melons, they always have other kinds of fruit, which are familiar to their Grand Menu, such as pineapples, bananas and mangos. I guess this is the 1st time they use melons as a main ingredient for pancakes. I'm wondering if they do watermelon-inspired pancakes or something like that sometime.
I insist again that they restart seasonal beverages.

Mmm, I have many things to write about, especially restaurant business and so on, but I'm tired .... I'm exhausted, to be honest. What makes a good restaurant? Or a great restaurant? I've been wondering. Answers vary. And there's no "this is totally correct and the only one," you know. I've already realized that. I know. But ...
I'm a bit stubborn and difficult, I suppose. Anyway, I do appreciate profectional chefs and several male bosses who understand me and have been supporting and sometimes give me candid advice. I'll return the favor. I will. And the guy who understand me and has been protecting since we first met. I thank him again. I realize he already noticed and predicted then that I'd miss and want to get a legal job or something and that I'm not suited for this work or the industry. I always wish him good luck and great success.

Oh, by the way, what do you think I have in the picture? Well, I came by some store after having melon pancakes in Eggs 'n Things. I'll introduce it some other time. It tasted greater than I'd expected. Before I tried their staple beverage, I thought they were just imitating the very popular shop with a long line as everyone knows. I think I'll drop by again and buy another item to go.
Finally, congratulations on restarting Shonan's exclusive item: "Shirasu Loco Moco Plate."
As I've touched on many times, almost all of the locations of Eggs 'n Things restaurants had store-limited menus several years ago, but stopped doing later. Some of them including Sendai started again in the past year or so. I'm so happy.
