こんにちは、今週末の３連休は稲刈り、機械の掃除、籾摺り（もみすり）作業、玄米の袋詰めをしていました。本日の夕方にようやく終わりました。ヽ(;´Д｀)ノ
Hello. I worked it this weekend, that is rice reaping, maintenance of some machines, removing the hasks from rice, packing brown rices. Those works were finished at Monday evening at last.
↑若葉マークが貼ってあるのが、乾燥機から移動してきたモミをためるタンクです。
The upper tank is full of rice in the husk. There is a beginning driver's sticker. It's joke and useful magnet and reuse.
↑モミのタンクの下に籾摺り機があります。籾摺り機は米の硬い外皮を取り除きます。(;^_^A
There is a husker under the rice tank. The husker can remove away the chaff from the grain.
↑左の籾摺り機から玄米が青い計量器へ移動します。この計量器は副機能の未熟米選別のみに使っています。左の四角い一斗缶に未熟米が出る仕組みです。(･Θ･;)
The rices moves from husker (left one) to measurement machine(center blue one). We used blue one as a removing immature rices. The immature rices get out from the measurement left side to a square can.
↑左の青い計量器からKUBOTAの選別王に玄米が入ります。選別王ではカメムシ米とモミの外皮が残ったものや異物をカメラと高圧空気で選別します。。(;°皿°)
The brown rices move from left one to center select machine(SENBETSUOU made by Kubota). The select machine can remove away the stinkbug rice and foreign matter and husks from the grain with high speed camera and high pressure air.
↑選別王から最後の計量器へ玄米だけが移動します。ここで初めて袋詰めをします。30.5Kｇで詰めています。σ(^_^;)
At last, brown rices moved from select machine to final measurement machine. We packed brown rices. The bag is 30.5 kilos in weight.
↑玄米の袋はここからが力仕事です。電動リフトのラクダ君で腰の位置まで上がったら、ここから米の貯蔵場所まで抱えて運びます。(;´Д`)ノ
It was heavy work of here. Electoric lift can move rice bag for a waist height. I moved the rice bags for a warehouse.
↑父が60個、私が150個運びました。一家全員腰痛持ちですが、電動リフトのらくだ君を導入してからは、翌日に残るような腰痛はなくなりました。(￣Д￣；；
My father moved 60 rice bags. I moved 150 rice bags. All of my family has waistache, but electric lift prevent we from get worse still tomorrow.
↑米の外皮、もみ殻は外の網袋ヌカロンに風で飛ばされる仕組みです。！(´Д｀；)
The husks of rices are flying for outside blue nets.
↑これが選別王で選別された事故米です。黒いのがカメムシが汁を吸ったもの、緑色が未熟米、黄色のものがもみ殻が残ったものです。選別王が無いとこの事故米が玄米に混入して米の等級が１→３とかに落ちてしまい、値段も数千円下がってしまいます。農協では30ｋｇの玄米を選別するのに３００円の付加料金が発生します。
These are accident rices from select machine. The black one are stink bug rices, the green one are immature rices, the yellow one are still with husks. If we doesn't have select machine, the accident rices contained brown rices. then our rice rank may down 1st to 3rd rank. And the price of rice will down few thousands yen. There is a charge of remove accdent rices, this is about 300yen per 30kg.
